Bruce C. F. McArthur received his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, Berkeley, California in 1977, and was admitted to the California state bar a year later.  By 1984, Mr. McArthur was a member of the bars of the federal courts of the U.S. districts of Eastern, Northern, and Southern regions of California, and had expanded his practice to include:
