Bruce C. F. McArthur received his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, Berkeley, California in 1977, and was admitted to the California state bar a year later.  By 1984, Mr. McArthur was a member of the bars of the federal courts of the U.S. districts of Eastern, Northern, and Southern regions of California, and had expanded his practice to include:

Mr. McArthur currently devotes 90% of his practice to litigation, and construction defects in particular represent a significant amount of his current cases.  He has represented homeowners in disputes over insurance coverage for damages caused by fire and water, as well as contractors, subcontractors, and business owners in disputes over payments, incomplete or inadequate design and construction, and Building Code violations.
